Spiderman was here

Ashton loves to play Spiderman. For Christmas he received a soccer net, which is no longer assembled, go figure! He has proceded to shoot his "webs" onto Brayden. Brayden doesn't mind for about 1 minute, and than he is done! Ashton sure has a way about him that gets Brayden laughing. They are really starting to have a lot of fun together. I hope they will be great friends! We are all plugging away at our day to day life. The weather has been cold for so long, I try not to leave the house to much. Today I painted my family room, as fast as I could before Brayden woke up. It's just a soft khaki color, I love it! I think being inside so much makes me want to redecorate everything. I'll just have to pace myself so Aaron doesn't gripe. He says every time I start a project, I get so into it, that the house, and sometimes the kids, go to pot. Oh well, I think that's allowed every once in a while, right!

Ridem Cowboy

Brayden is really getting quite the personality! He has a new "cheesy grin" as the kids say. He scrunches up his nose and mouth. He continues doing it because the big kids laugh and he likes to make them laugh. We put him on our spring horse the other day and he loved it.

His new favorite thing to do is "HELP" with the dishwasher. He pulls all the silverware out and then climbs up onto the door and stands up. He thinks he is hot stuff! He is so much fun and entertains us all the time.

Hairspray

Saturday night we had the opportunity to go see the Broadway production of Hairspray. The girls and I went with my two friends and their daughters. We got all dressed up and went to Olive Garden for dinner. Then we headed over to the Pikes Peak Center for the show. It was great! I think I got the girls hooked on stage shows now. "Annie" is coming in April and they are already begging me to take them to that. We'll see. We had a wonderful time and created some great memories for ourselves.
