Well, today was "free" day at the Denver Nature and Science Museum. So we loaded up and took advantage of it, minus Aaron of course.( He had to work!) The kids had a great time. We saw dinosaurs, fossils, tons of dioramas of real, but stuffed, animals, space, gems, the Titanic, and many more things. It was one of the neatest museums we've been to! All the kids were well behaved and as you can see, Brayden was wiped out. Taylor and Dallin had fun digging for bones. They had a man in a dinosaur skeleton walking around. It was cool but Ashton wanted nothing to do with it. Before we left the house that morning Ashton was hiding saying he didn't want to go. When we were talking about the museum, we told him it was like the movie "NIght at the Museum" which he loved. But that morning he said he was scared that "Rexie" would would come to life and eat him! The thoughts of a child. He had a great time. If you ever get the chance to go, it is worth it, free or not. We left at 9a.m.and got home around 4:30. We were all wiped out and I was in bed at 9. Chasing 5 kids amongst 100's of people is exhausting, let alone carrying around an 18 lb. baby on my back for 4 hours. It was a fun day.

the first time i met you guys and the kids was at that museum at thanksgiving point! museums like that always remind me of that day, running around with emma on one hand and taylor on the other saying, "nikki, look at this!" :)
Hey, the pictures are so small. Very hard to see what's going on.
Just my two cents. (Melissa's mom)
18LBs wow! I need to hit some museums. I haven't been to one in ages. Maybe next time we are out that way we will have to go.
